      What will you learn?

      This program comprises fifteen 3-credit courses covering organizational leadership, financial decision-making, supply chain, research foundation, and in-depth applied thesis work.

      • Use critical thinking models and practices, including the role of assumptions, to identify business problems.

      • Understand the processes used to analyze organizational behavior, development and leadership.

      • Understand the application of quantitative analytical techniques to problems in business enterprises.

      • Formulate appropriate qualitative research plans, questions, conduct a planned analysis, and communicate their findings.

      • Execute a quantitative estimation plan that is coherent to both the posed research question(s) and the nature of the necessary/relevant data.

      • Explore new and emerging sustainable business strategies that create a competitive advantage to support organizations.

      • Understand the genesis of the major finance sub-fields and how they have evolved through the fields’ ongoing knowledge creation.

      • Identify, dissect, and answer strategic management problems.

      • Students apply the fundamentals of research writing, and how the principles of business research writing will be followed in the applied doctoral research deliverable.

      • This part of the proposal contains a synthesis of sufficient academic and business literature to support the need to address the proposed business problem/question.

      • In this deliverable, the students will need to report the findings based on the analysis of collected data.

      • Based on the conclusions about the findings of the study, the students will be expected to recommend the solutions that can be used to address the problem/question. The student will also be expected to prepare an execution plan.

         Working professionals who are looking for a transition into the C-suite and senior management professionals looking to become experts in their domain of choice or add credibility to their profile and transition into a consultant role.  
         The scholarship is rolled out based on the academic and professional achievements. Once the application form is submitted with these details, the admission committee reviews the same. If you are admitted into the program, the scholarship that you are eligible for will be mentioned on the offer letter. Please note that admission is provisional until successful verification of supporting documents and completing the payment formalities.

        upGrad is an enrolment and delivery partner of the university. upGrad collects all program payments, provides enrollment services, assists the university in student support and cohort operations. 

        All academic content, curriculum, assessment standards, and the award of any degree/certificate remain solely under the authority of Edgewood University.

        1. What is the refund policy for this program?

        Refund Policy:

        1. You can claim a refund for the amount paid towards the Program at any time, before the Program Start Date, by visiting www.upgrad.com and submitting your refund form via the "My Application" section under your profile. You can request your Admissions Counsellor to help you in applying and withdrawing for a refund by sending them an email with reasons listed. For post program refund please connect with your Admissions Counselor to understand the policy. This is applicable even for those students who could not complete their payment, and could not be enrolled in the batch opted for. However, the student can avail pre-deferral as per the policy defined below for the same.

        2. Student must pay the full fee within seven (7) days of payment of the deposit amount or Batch Start Date, whichever is earlier; otherwise, the admission letter will be rescinded.

        3. Request for refund as per point no. 1 of the refund policy must be sent via email in the prescribed refund request form. The refund will be processed within 30 working days of submitting the duly signed refund form, after being duly approved by the Academic Committee.
